Magnolia Medical Billing was founded by me, Janna Viator.

My journey into healthcare wasn’t traditional- my educational background originally began in architecture and business. While working my way through college, I fell into the healthcare industry, and it truly changed the trajectory of my life. I realized very early on that this was work that I would be genuinely passionate and driven to excel in.

Every step of my career provided a distinct viewpoint within the healthcare ecosystem- from managing front-end operations to leading complex revenue cycle workflows. Each role deepened my understanding of how interconnected business strategy, detailed systems, and patient care truly are.

That unique combination- the structured, detail-oriented design mindset from architecture, paired with strategic business training and years of hands-on healthcare operations- became the foundation for Magnolia Medical Billing.

Throughout my years in healthcare, I found myself deeply drawn to the Behavioral Health field and the extraordinary providers who serve in it.

Behavioral and mental health professionals care for individuals during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. For many patients, these physicians, therapists, and counselors are their sole lifeline and support system.
